Description

this old man repairs cybernetic sex dolls in his basement... those are illegal as their cyberbrains contains fragments of actual human souls. The dolls are capable of understanding and expressing human feelings and emotions to a certain degree and are that for different to AI based robots. Originally developed by the military 2034 their skin resembles human skin by touch, the material has an organic feel, is stretchy and extremely durable.

I made a base model of the scene in 3ds max and created an overpaint in Photoshop.
All together it took me 2 days of work.

Holy!!!

Truly amazing work, and took you only two days!?

Wow.

Love the desings, great sense of space.

Small nitpick is the the wood texture looks a bit artificial

+ 10 for a terrific work of art

very realistic, i like very much how you 've rendered the cigarette's smoke. Only a small doubt on the cyborgs breasts, they seem a bit grooved to me. 6/7

thanks so much everyone! I really appreciate you take your time!
I benefit from it as it gives me motivation.

This image was created in my private time, i was testing a new style to improve some work flow. I do many tests like that, however usually don't go for final results as they are not essential for the tests.

Well maybe i will find some client who buys the copyrights for that one and if not it's still a nice add to my port.

I had to comment on the position of the cyborg - she's in a quite erotic position, yet it's a position of submission. It sort of says "Here's what I'm made of and here's what I do, but it's the only thing I do." I don't know if it was intentional or not, but it's still interesting nonetheless.

Everything else looks lovely. It'll be interesting to see what the future holds...

Fantastic piece, you deserve all the pats on the back you're getting! ;) Such a clean style, and great composition.
Although you painted over this in Photoshop, the final image still retains so much of the look of a 3D render. I wonder if it would make more sense for you to move this to the "3D" category instead of "Painting."

 09/11/07 @605

i would go for another work flow and concept when i intended a pure 3d image.
this one is an experiment for some new style.

thank you all together! cant say it often enough. i will post new work soon, maybe some of my photography too

very very impressive work. The cyborgs are amazing. I think you still retain a lot of your style in this even though you say you are trying something different...but if it aint broke dont fix it is what I say! Awsome work.

P.S unless you have a broken cyborg across your knee that is!

A lot of skill demonstrated here. Some anatomy issues should be addressed, both with the human and the cybernetic doll... I agree with all the "positive" comments.
